After traveling throughout the world, trying the best omakase kitchen, we chose Tulum as the destination to open the first Omakase Experience, Kokoro.
As a Nigiri Bar, Kokoro opened its doors last December 2020 with a great team of gastronomy experts.
Under the Stars
Designed by XIXI Studio, KOKORO is hidden on the rooftop of Copal Hotel, right under the stars and surrounded by the greenery of nature.
The entrance takes you to a long road next to a cenote and it leads to a unique sensual and romantic environment, surrounded by small Japanese orange lamps.
A huge bar on the back, wabi sabi tables, black & white floor, and the local wood is the scene of this amazing atmosphere.
And if you have the opportunity, our Chef will choose to treat you with extravagant dishes that represent parts of the body.
